By using BetterWebsite.io services (operated by NewToCodingLLC), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. What We Provide

• Full SEO optimization and local business schema
• Mobile-responsive design
• SSL security certificate
• Blog-ready setup and localization support

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted upfront before work begins
• Payment terms are agreed upon before starting
• No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay
• Refunds handled case-by-case (we're reasonable people)

4. Timeline

We aim for 5-7 business days for most projects. This depends on:

• How quickly you provide content and feedback
• Project complexity
• How many revision rounds we go through

We'll communicate clearly if anything changes.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business
• Supply content, images, and branding materials (or let us pull from your existing site)
• Respond to questions and review work in a timely manner
• Make sure you have rights to any content you provide

6. Ownership

You own your website. Once you pay, the website code, design, and content we created for you is yours. We may showcase it in our portfolio (with your permission).

7. Free Hosting

Yes, hosting is really free. We use Cloudflare Pages which has generous free tiers. This means:

• No monthly hosting fees — ever
• No affiliate hosting requirements (unlike some "free" services)
• Fast, secure, global CDN included
• You're not locked in — you can migrate anytime

8. Revisions & Changes

We want you to be happy with your site. Here's how revisions work:

• 5 revision rounds included during the pre-launch design phase
• We'll work with you during the project to get it right before it goes live
• Major scope changes (adding pages, features beyond original quote) may require additional cost
• Post-launch updates and changes are billed at $75/hour
• Minor bug fixes within 30 days of launch are included at no charge

9. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services. We do our best, but websites depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Portfolio Rights

We may feature your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be featured, just let us know.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
